TCC Land Asset World announces to invest approximately Bt6bn

TCC Land Asset World will this year open “AEC Trade Center” to locate on 150 rais land plot in Bang Pa In district, Ayutthaya, to become a trading centre on ASEAN products and services. 

Soammaphat Trisorat, CEO of TCC Land Asset World stated that "TCC Land Asset World realizes the potential of producers and operators in Thailand as well as ASEAN which is very unique and interesting. As a result, it has established "AEC Trade Center” to promote the center of ASEAN trading putting together products and services from across the region. The project is located on the 150 Rais of land in Bang Pa In, Ayutthaya with the investment of 6 billion baht putting together complete range of products and services both from Thailand and from the neighbor countries on the selling space of 300,000 sqm. to serve the needs of producers, exporters, wholesalers, online business operators, corporate customers as the sourcing hub of the country. This is the Thailand's first industrial product trading center which covers the most complete range of products and services. It is expected that the project will be completed in 2017. 
“AEC Trade Center” is aiming to become the centre of ASEAN trading that puts together variety of products and services focusing on quality and management at international standard. The centre will also become "Market Platform" that enhances the business development vision of Thailand 4.0 as it links traders to online market channel, AKA multi-marketing channels as well as offline market," said Soammaphat.
Furthermore, there are also support services as tools to help operators to achieve their business goals with the most complete infrastructure including warehouse, product and packaging designing service, trading information service, training and seminar, and career development for operators. All of these serve the purpose of driving the business forward especially SMEs in Thailand which will be provided distribution channels and trading opportunities. Moreover, it also provides opportunity for new operators at all levels to present their products to create the new income channel as well as elevating their brands to the international and world stage. 
This project has been supported by both government and private sector such as the Department of Industrial Promotion - Ministry of Industry, Department of Foreign Trade - Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Science and Technology, Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research - Ministry of Science and Technology, Retail - Wholesale Association, Tourism Authority of Thailand, leading airlines, and numbers of SME and private banks to help elevating the potential of Thai SMEs and to attract investment to enhance Thai economy.
This project is in line with the five-year business plan and will be expanded into 3 locations in Thailand including Central Region in Northern Bangkok, North Region in Chiang Mai, and Northeastern region. All these locations are regarded as the door to ASEAN and the center of ASEAN trading. It is expected that, in 2025, the project will cover all regions in Thailand under the concept of "Growing Together Growing Farther" with the business model of the future.
