Prayut urges people to stay out of conflicts

Prayut urges people to stay out of conflicts

Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha on Friday urged people to reduce conflicts by not allowing themselves to be persuaded into taking part in them.

The premier made his comments during a special lecture on Thailand 4.0 in food and bio-technology development, at Kasetsat University.
He said conflicts would be reduced and reconciliation could take place if everyone holds back from getting involved in them.
He also invited people to help shape the constitution saying it is a pillar, not an excuse to continue arguing.
Freedom guaranteed under the constitution has to take any violation of others into consideration.
People have problems of their own and they should learn to deal with them before going into the streets and contributing to conflicts in the name of freedom.
He said the government has been trying to address every problem but it takes time, and people should learn to discuss issues with a new perspective, or the country will go back to square one.
