Wicharn Taenhin, provincial disasterpreventionandmitigation chief, said on Monday that the properties were 62 houses, one temple, two silos and one livestock farm.
The losses were reported in five districts – Huay Mek, Somdet, Na Mon, Muang and Sahatsakhan.
Napassorn Suwanprateep, president of the Red Cross Society’s Kalasin chapter, said her organisation was coordinating with agencies to deliver relief supplies to the victims.
The Meteorological Department forecasts less rain in the upper part of the country this week, but greater rainfall in the lower part.
