Luck of the draw for aspiring Mathayom 1 students
Students in Bangkok's Din Daeng area were in luck after turning up for Surasak Montri School draw for its Mathayom 1 student intake for academic year 2017 on Friday.
As only 46 students showed up out of the expected 110 eligible applicants for 80 available places, the school cancelled the draw and accepted all students present into its Mathayom 1 classes.
Similar student recruitment draws were held all over Thailand, including schools in Nonthaburi's Pakkred district.
