Krungthai Card shareholders approve Bt30 bn debenture issue
Shareholders of Krungthai Card Plc have approved an issue of debentures worth Bt30 billion.
They also approved a proposal to pay a dividend of Bt4 per share. The payment is scheduled for May 16.
