Over 1,600 houses in Phrae damaged by storms in two days
The Phrae Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Office said after a survey that a total of 1,679 houses were damaged when thunderstorms hit the province on Wednesday and Thursday.
The office announced on Saturday that when the storm hit the province on Wednesday night, 447 houses and temples in the province’s four districts were damaged.
When thunderstorms hit the province again from 5.30pm to 8pm on Thursday, another 1,232 houses and temples in four districts were damaged.
