Brand-new image for KBank’s mobile banking aimed at winning more individual and SME clients

Kasikornbank (KBank) has revamped the image of its mobile banking service with the concept, “Change for a Simpler Life!”




Focusing on the state-of-the-art features of comprehensive financial transactions on smart phones, target groups include retail (individual) and SME (small and medium-sized enterprise) clients.
The K-Mobile Banking PLUS application has been renamed to make it easier to remember, and is now K PLUS, and a new K PLUS SME has been introduced for the SME segment. 
KBank aims to have a total of 7 million customers by the end of this year, senior executive vice president Patchara Samalapa said on Monday.
In the first quarter, the number of K-Mobile Banking PLUS users topped 5 million, growing 65 per cent year on year, and with 80 per cent of them being regular users. 
In terms of volume, transactions conducted via the app advanced 102 per cent from the same period last year.
