Local officials barred from commenting on educational reforms

The ban was imposed last Friday via a letter sent to all directors of educational service area offices. 
“We are going to communicate with you about the reforms and related implementation. So in the meantime, you and your officials are not allowed to comment on the planned reforms,” Obec secretary-general Karoon Sakulpradit said in the letter. 
The educational reforms in provincial areas will take place in response to the policy of the National Council for Peace and Order.
