Nok Scoot, Thai AirAsia receive Air Operator's Certificates
Nok Scoot and Thai AirAsia received Air Operator's Certificates on Monday after meeting International Civil Aviation Organisation standards.
Chula Sukmanop, director-general of Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand, said they were the fourth and fifth Thai airlines to qualify for AOCs. This showed they had security systems in place and that their service met ICAO standards even though they are low-cost airlines.
