Officers from Phayatahi Police Station tracked down Pattarapong Kruanak, 28, to his relative&rsquo;s house in Ayutthaya&rsquo;s Bang Pahan district and arrested him at about 11pm on Monday night. 
Pattarapong was arrested under an arrest warrant issued by the Criminal Court on Saturday. He denied killing the guard. 
Police said the guard, Sanchai Wan-ngam, 30, was killed at around 11am on Saturday at a parking space near the back gate of Rajavithi Hospital, adjacent Dermatology Institution.&nbsp; 
Pattarapong tried to park his car near the security officer&rsquo;s booth and attacked him after a dispute before fleeing, police alleged.

Man arrested for allegedly killing hospital security guard

Bangkok police have arrested a former employee of Dermatology Institution in Ayutthaya province for allegedly slashing the throat and killing a security guard at Rajavithi Hospital.
