Police said the accident happened at about 6.30pm in Ban None Thong Chai village in tambon Srakai, Srakrai district. 
The woman was identified as Rassamee Sinthu, 42. 
Witnesses told police that Rassamee drank with friends before she walked along the railway track to go home.&nbsp; 
The train driver said he turned on the train&rsquo;s horn but she did not get out of the way.

Woman killed by train in Nong Khai

A woman was killed by a Nong Khai-Bangkok passenger train while walking home in Nong Khai’s Srakrai district on Sunday evening.
