Woman drowns in floodwater in front of her house
A woman drowned in floodwater in front of her house in Prachin Buri’s Kabin Buri district late Sunday night.
The body of Wimol Suriya, 59, was found face down in the floodwater in Ban Wang Saba village, tambon Wang Dal, at about 12.30am.
The woman had lived alone.
Her son, Wathit Sricharas, 42, found the body.
He said he visited his mother every night after work to bring her food.
He pulled the body from the water and alerted police.
