Laser show depicts many facets of late King
A laser and lighting performance on His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej was shown on Siriraj Hospital buildings on Friday to commemorate the first anniversary of the monarch’s passing.
The show depicted the late King in various moments – from playing the saxophone, taking a leisure stroll with his dog Khun Tongdaeng, working during a field trip, to waving to the public during the 60th anniversary celebrations of his accession to the throne in 2006.
At the hospital on Friday, thousands of loyal subjects flocked to chant in tribute to the late King, who peacefully passed away there last year at the age of 89.
