Cars damaged as Klong Chan Flat car park flooded
Heavy early-morning rains caused a carpark at Klong Chan Flat in Bangkok’s Bang Kapi district to be flooded, damaging many cars.
The water was about 30-centimetres deep at the car park - about half the height of several sedans parked there.
The road in front of the flat was also flooded, with about 15cm of water covering one lane, resulting in heavy traffic congestion in the area.
