Police arrived at 5.30am and found about 100 patrons drinking and dancing, including one who was under 20 and two who tested positive for substance abuse.
Pub manager Pornpansa Thipnon, 21, was charged with selling alcohol to a person under 20 and illegal operation of a night-entertainment venue.
Inspector Pol Lt Colonel Korakot Yeunyong said police would advise the Bang Lamung District Office to shutter the pub for five years, in accordance with Order 22/2558 of the military junta-backed Article 44 of the interim constitution.
