Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Busadee Santipitaks said on Thursday that the Saturday service will be available at the temporary office at Thanya Park on Srinakarin Road, at the temporary office at SC Place in Pinklao, and at the temporary office at MRT Klong Toey railway station.

The service will be available for ordinary passports from 8am to 3:30pm during that period, she added. 
Busadee said 800 queues will be available at the MRT Klong Toey station each Saturday and the passports will be mailed by EMS. 
She said the Consular Department was providing the special service to cope with the expected big rush when many Thais travel during the summer school holidays and Songkran holidays.

Special passport service for Thais on Saturdays

The Consular Department will provide special passport issuance service at three offices on Saturdays from February 17 to April 7.
