Samut Prakan man found in Korat ditch
A man from Samut Prakan seeking work in Nakhon Ratchasima was found drowned in a ditch in front of the Nakhon Ratchasima Provincial Court on Wednesday morning.
The body of Sitthichai Phrasri, 24, was found floating face-down in a ditch in Nakhon Ratchasima's Muang district at 6am.
Police said Sitthichai came from Samut Prakan's Phra Pradaeng district to seek employment in the northeastern province but had no permanent job.
He was last seen sitting with friends under a tree above the ditch on Tuesday night.
No injury was found on his body. Police said the man had been arrested a few times for sniffing glue and thinner solvent.
