Search continues in Tak forest for missing 71-year-old
Officials on Thursday morning resumed their search in a community forest in Tak’s Muang district for a 71-year-old man who went missing on Sunday.
The Muang Police Station has sought help from the 34th Border Patrol Police Division to dispatch a helicopter to join the search over the 25,000-rai forest for Chana Buaprapai.
His wife, Dokrak Buaprapai, 68, told police that Chana was unaccounted for since Sunday.
Dokrak told police that Chana liked to go into the forest in Moo 4 village of Tambon Mae Thor to collect edible plants and to fish.
Relatives and officials have been searching the forest for him.
