On Saturday, a Facebook user, whose account name is Prasit Nonthing, posted a clip of Suwanit Chanmeechai, 35, smoking the crystal meth on the pavement in the notorious red-light district street, which was packed with Thai and foreign tourists at the time.

Police went to the same spot yesterday at 2am, found Suwanit was again there and took her to the police station. They also found 0.35 grams of crystal meth on her. 
Police suspect that the woman has a mental health issue.

A woman was arrested early on Monday after she was caught on video abusing crystal meth or "ice" in Pattaya’s Walking Street two days earlier.
