Security officer dies in pickup truck at Pattaya work site
A security officer died in his pickup truck after he arrived for work at a Pattaya condominium on Monday night, police said.
Pattaya police officers were alerted at 10.30pm that Suchart Inthanit, 55, from Surin, was found dead in his truck at the construction site of the Lumpini Condo Jomthian on Soi Jomthian 18 in Tambon Nongplue in Chon Buris' Bang Lamung district.
Suchart was a security officer for Secure Solutions Co Ltd, and was reporting for a late-night shift at the site.
Sarawut Nanpanya, 26, told police that he noticed the dead man when he was walking to the beach.
Suchart's wife, Chanphen Punsawat, 52, said her husband had been suffering from hyperthyroidism and doctors told him to rest but he continued to work.
