Stray cat impaled on iron fence has now been adopted
A stray cat that was rescued after being impaled on the spike of an iron fence at a Pathum Thani boarding house has been adopted.
Wannaporn Unsuebsai, a rescuer of the Muang Tha Klong Municipality, said her team went to the Wanida boarding house in Tambon Klong Nueng of Pathum Thani's Klong Luang district after the suffering cat was reported.
Wannaporn said the female cat was stuck with a piece of pointed bar pieced through its left hind.
Wannaporn said her team successfully removed the cat and sent it to a nearby animal hospital. It was later adopted by an unknown person, she said.
