Unidentified man's body found in Chiang Mai University's reservoir

Muang Chiang Mai police were alerted by a security officer of the university at 8am after the decomposed body was found floating in the Ang Kaew Reservoir, which is an attractive feature of Chiang Mai University's main campus.
A doctor from the Chiang Mai Hospital determined that the man died at least three days ago.
The man appeared to be about 20 to 30 years old. The body had no sign of injuries. He had Bt2,080 cash in his pocket.
The reservoir is also a recreational area for campus residents and the local community.
The body was sent for an autopsy at the provincial hospital.
