The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) expects 80 per cent of eligible voters in the capital to turn out to cast their ballots, BMA permanent secretary Silapasuay Raweesaengsoon said.

She herself turned out to vote at her polling station in Prawet where she found “enthusiastic” voters since morning.
