The Marine National Park Operation Centre 3 (Trang) said that the project is being conducted by the Department of National Parks, Wildlife and Plant Conservation under the support of the founder of Ocean Quest Global, Anuar Abdullah, who has provided advice and necessary training for the restoration process of the fragile coral infrastructure at the closed marine national park.

All methods being applied are natural methods of propagating coral, Abdullah said.
The implementation of the project has been running with volunteers from many dive centres in Koh Phi Phi, Singha Estate and staff from Marine National Park Operation Centre 3 and Had Noppratthara Mu Koh Phi Phi National Park.
Now the call has gone out for more volunteer divers to assist in the restoration project.
