Thai embassies and consulates across the world simultaneously held a sacred ritual on Monday to join the rest of Thailand to celebrate His Majesty’s coronation.

The rites were timed to match the King’s first public audience from the balcony of the Grand Palace’s Suddhaisavarya Prasad Throne Hall.

The King’s first public audience was the last event to wrap up the three-day Royal Coronation ceremony.
