Facebook user &ldquo;Bong Marquez&rdquo; posted a clip of black water gurgling through the sands on Kalim Beach and flowing into Patong Bay on Sunday, attracting 230,000 views.&nbsp;

Patong Mayor Chalermluck Kebsup visited the beach yesterday and said the source of the wastewater was Kalim Bay Residences. She added that the municipality&rsquo;s water-treatment system was in good working order.&nbsp; 
&ldquo;We will report this to police. We have also instructed the hotel to fix its wastewater-treatment system within a week,&rdquo; she said.

Kalim hotel blamed for wastewater on beach

A video clip of untreated water flowing onto Kalim Beach in Phuket on Sunday afternoon has caught the attention of Patong police.
