Roi Et tractor driver injured in crash

A tractor driver has sustained injuries after a collision with a car in Roi Et in northeastern Thailand on the Jatura to Patumrat Road on Wednesday.

Rescue workers found a car embedded in the tractor beside the road.

The tractor driver, 45-year-old Poonsin Suebsri, sustained injuries and was taken to hospital.

Witnesses said the car lost control and collided with the tractor, riding up over the front-left tyre and into the cabin. The car driver was not injured and has been assisting police with their enquiries.

Police said they were continuing their investigation.
