THAI Smile grounds China flights throughout February

THAI Smile has suspended all flights to and from mainland China, from February 1 to 29, due to the coronavirus crisis in the country.

Charita Leelayudth, Chief Executive Officer of THAI Smile Airways, said the carrier had cancelled all flights on three roundtrip routes to mainland China: Bangkok- Chongqing, Bangkok-Changsha and Bangkok-Zhengzhou throughout February, 2020. 

Passengers who have been affected by the cancellations can obtain a full refund. 

For those who still need to travel during the period, THAI Smile will transfer their flight itineraries to its alliance airlines without charge.
