North Korea's border closure may lead to renewal of talks with US

North Korea's decision to close its border with China to prevent spread of the coronavirus has hit hard the country's economy, thus bringing pressure on North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to re-enter talks on de-nuclearisation with US President Donald Trump again.
North Korea faces rising oil prices, declining port activity and suspension of rail and air travel after report of the first coronavirus infection in Pyongyang.
The closure of border with China will affect tourism, its main source of North Korea, and will impact on trade with other countries.
If the situation continue, it may force Kim to return to the negotiating table with the US again.
