Siam Amazing Park reels from virus concerns
Siam Park or Siam Amazing Park, a popular spot for both locals and foreign tourists, has been unusually quiet these days as alertness of the coronavirus (Covid-19 ) takes hold.
Group tours, booked before the Chinese New Year, for visitors from China, Asian countries and Middle East have all been cancelled, along with students' trips to the park during the semester break.
With only a small number of visitors, they no longer have to queue up for the rides.
Ticket sales and the volume of tourists have plunged by more than 70 per cent.
