Hot, humid day forecast for upper Thailand, thundershowers in South

The Thailand Meteorological Department forecast hot weather for the upper country on Saturday (March 7) while a high-pressure system from China covering the South China Sea weakens.

Meanwhile, southerly and the southeasterly winds bring humidity from the South China Sea to the areas. Thundershowers are likely in some parts of the lower North, the Northeast, the Central and the East regions. The weak easterly winds across the South and the Gulf will cause isolated thundershowers in the South.
