Two flights set to arrive from Japan with 97 Thais
All Nippon Airways flights NH847 and TG643 carrying 97 Thais will arrive from Japan today (April 21) at 3.30pm and 4.30pm, respectively.
The two flights were allowed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand to transport Thais home from Japan.
The operation comes after cooperation among the Thai Embassy in Tokyo, the airline and relevant Thai agencies.
The 97 had earlier registered with the embassy for an urgent return, and acknowledged that they would be quarantined for 14 days on arriving in Thailand. The places for quarantine have already been set up.
