Families adapt as new school term starts – at home

Some families in the northeastern province scrambled to provide television, necessary for their children to study via Distance Learning TV while schools remain shut under lockdown restrictions.

Others were using laptop computers as learning equipment, while in some households older siblings at university were helping to tutor their younger sisters and brothers.
