Steer clear of Srinakarin-Phatthanakan intersection for 5 months, bridge under repair

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) has notified motorists that it is repairing the bridge over the Srinakarin Road-Phatthanakan Road intersection for safety until November 25 and suggests that drivers use three other roads to avoid any traffic jam.
Deputy governor Sakchai Bunma inspected the repair work, which commenced on June 26, to improve the damaged bridge, which also has a gaping hole.
The BMA has advised motorists to instead use any of these roads:
> Phatthanakan inbound road from Khlong Tan heading to Onnut-Lat Krabang, turn left onto Srinakarin Road and make a U-turn at the motorway or use parallel motorway No 7 and then make a U-turn into Soi Phatthanakan 53.
> Phatthanakan inbound road from Onnut-Lat Krabang. Head to Khlong Tan, turn left onto Srinakarin Road and make a U-turn in front of the MG car showroom.
> Srinakarin Road from Lamsalee Intersection. Head to Bang Na and Srinakarin Road. Motorists travelling to Lamsalee Intersection from Bang Na can use the normal route.
