Thousands of Covid-19 tests in Rayong and Bangkok following two imported cases have been negative, Dr Taweesin Visanuyothin, the spokesman of the government’s Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration (CCSA), reported on Sunday (July 19).
Since July 14, 6,015 people were tested in Rayong of whom 5,201 were negative and 814 results are awaited, and 364 people in Bangkok have also tested negative.
The spokesman said that the investigation period count started on July 10, which means nine days of the estimated 14 days of the virus' incubation period had already passed.
