Royalists urged to stop intimidating woman who made three-finger salute

The colleague of a female civil servant, who had made the three-finger salute during the King's salutation ceremony, on Friday (August 7) asked royalist netizens to stop targeting her, adding that she had already resigned from her job.

The civil servant had posted her picture showing the three-finger salute in a Facebook group, with a caption that read, “I was taken to the ceremony I did not want to attend, please advise me what I should do in this situation”. Her post angered online royalists, who then attacked her and her family on several channels.
The colleague said that the civil servant friend has already regretted her behaviour after seeing the consequences of her action.
“I have talked to her since she decided to post her picture. Threatening calls must be stopped, as well as negative comments sent to her and her family members."
The colleague said that the woman planned to start her own business after her resignation and it was not true that she repented her action since she concerned of being laid off.
