He said the situation in Malaysia is concerning, which is why logistics personnel will now be screened and quarantined as soon as they cross the border and must leave Thailand within seven hours.&nbsp; 
“There is a second wave of Covid-19 infections in several parts of Malaysia and towns near the Thai-Malaysia border, which is forcing us to be stricter,” he said.&nbsp; 
Soldiers and other related officials have been assigned the job of patrolling the borders to prevent illegal migrants from entering Thailand via natural routes.&nbsp; 
“The two areas of concern are Na Thawi and Sadao districts because migrants usually choose natural paths in these two districts,” the governor said.
