Network takes a stand against dictatorship
Thai people are supporting pro-democracy activists, as the government has failed to improve their lives, participants at a gathering said on Sunday (September 13).
People who have "suffered" during the regime of the government led by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, which succeeded the military-backed National Council for Peace and Order, gathered at Democracy Monument on Sunday.Most of the people were from small communities who came to discuss the negative effects on their lives from the actions of the current government.They also said that they had gathered to take a stand against dictatiorship to mark the first anniversay of their network.
