310 Thais fly home from China, India and Taiwan

Thai Airways International flew home more than 300 Thai nationals from China, India and Taiwan on Friday.

Sqn Ldr Anirute Sangrit, THAI vice president, Flight Operations Department, and head of THAI Operations Control Centre, said the airline partnered with the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Royal Thai Embassies in Beijing and New Delhi, the Royal Thai Consulates in Guangzhou, China, and Chennai, India, as well as the Thailand Trade and Economic Office, Taipei, to operate three reparation flights.

Flight TG8095, for the third time, left Guangzhou with 12 Thais at 4.25pm (local time) and arrived in Bangkok at 6.10pm on Friday.
Flight TG8093 left Chennai with 59 Thais on board at 2pm (local time) and arrived in Bangkok at 6.55pm on Friday.
Flight TG633, for the eighth time, brought 239 Thais from Taiwan, leaving Taipei at 2.05pm (local time) and arriving in Bangkok at 4.20pm.
THAI also delivered cargo on the roundtrip flights.
