Five Thais and five foreigners test positive for Covid-19

The Centre for Covid-19 Situation Administration reported 10 new cases in quarantine facilities over a 24-hour period on Tuesday.

All the cases were asymptomatic.
A 27-year-old Thai woman returned from Bahrain on October 18 and tested positive on October 30 in state quarantine in Chonburi province.
A Thai couple -- a 38-year-old man and his 49-year-old wife -- returned from Germany on October 21 and were confirmed positive on November 1 in a state quarantine hotel in Chonburi province.
A 20-year-old Thai woman travelled back on October 24 from Saudi Arabia and was found positive on October 29 in state quarantine in Bangkok.
A 46-year-old woman returned from the Czech Republic on October 27 and tested positive in a state quarantine hotel in Chonburi province on October 31.
A 12-year-old Azerbaijani boy, who arrived in Thailand on October 24, tested positive in an alternative state quarantine hotel in Bangkok on October 31.
A 34-year-old Russian woman arrived on October 26 and tested positive in an alternative state quarantine hotel in Samut Prakarn on October 31
A 36-year-old Bangladeshi man was found positive in an alternative state quarantine hotel in Samut Prakarn
A 33-year-old French male hotel manager arrived on November 1 and tested positive in Bangkok at an alternative quarantine hotel on the same day.
A 61-year-old Israeli arrived and tested positive in a Bangkok alternative state quarantine facility on October 31.
Meanwhile, 10 patients have recovered and been discharged.
The total number of confirmed cases in Thailand increased to 3,797 (849 in state quarantine), 133 are in hospital and 3,605 have recovered and been discharged and 59 have died.
According to Worldometer, as of 10 am on Tuesday, the total number of confirmed cases increased to 47.31 million (up 472,997), 34 million have recovered, 12 million are active cases (86,553 in severe condition) and 1.2 million have died (up by 5,706).
Thailand ranks 147th for most cases in the world, while the US has the most number with 9.56 million, followed by India 8.26 million, Brazil 5.55 million, Russia 1.65 million and France 1.46 million.
