Several Songkhla districts still struggling with floods
Songkhla’s four districts, Sadao, Hat Yai, Muang Songkhla and Na Mom, have been inundated for several days and the situation is worsening due to run-offs.
Though the authorities have tried to drain the water, heavy flooding has blocked access to some 300 households and several villages.
Officials have been visiting the affected areas to find ways to ease the situation.
