PM Anutin authorises Frenchman’s expulsion on public-order grounds
Koh Samui Provincial Court reduced Dimino’s fine to THB5,000 after his guilty plea, and he may appeal to the prime minister within seven days of learning of the order.

Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul signed an order on Monday (September 7, 2026) to deport French national Kevin Dimino from Thailand.
The order said Dimino had threatened, harassed and physically assaulted others, caused trouble and nuisance, and created serious racial and religious divisions, including among tourists.
It also described his behaviour as reckless and potentially dangerous to people or property, saying he had disregarded the safety and well-being of others and broken the law.
The decision also cited a ruling by Koh Samui Provincial Court, which found Dimino guilty of offences under the 1979 Land Traffic Act and initially fined him THB10,000.
The fine was reduced to THB5,000 because his guilty plea assisted the court.
The court also ordered the seized items to be forfeited and said it would take action under the Criminal Code if he failed to pay.
The order said his conduct was contrary to public order, public morals and public well-being.
His deportation was authorised under the 1956 Deportation Act and the Prime Minister’s Office Regulation on Deportation 2026.
Dimino may appeal to the Prime Minister within seven days of learning of the order.
He may ask for the deportation order to be cancelled or request that he not be removed from Thailand.
