VAYUPAK FUND 1 will pay a dividend to Class A unit holders of Bt0.05 per unit on February 15, according to a regulatory filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand made yesterday. Class A unit holders consist of the general public and institutions.
INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING (IEC) will sell its 100-per-cent stake, or 25 million shares, in IEC Business Partners Co Ltd (IECBP), an ethanol production project, to Energy Choice Holding Co Ltd.
The transaction is worth Bt250,000, or 0.02 per cent of the total assets of IEC and its subsidiaries. IECBP’s par value is Bt10 per share, while its book value is minus Bt34.74 per share.
