Foreign cash prolongs political divide
Jakrapob Penkair, Thaksin Shinawatra's close aide, recently revealed in an interview with an Australian TV journalist that the red-shirt movement received funding from a group of foreigners as well as the Shinawatra family.
Jakrapob also claimed that the monetary support from foreigners was even more than from their Thai sympathisers. The interview can be viewed on YouTube.
