Stars and celebrity figures join AIIZ in raising fund for kids who need heart surgery

Thai fashion brand AIIZ recently celebrated the seventh edition of its annual Love Charity campaign by inviting celebrity pairings to join a fashion shoot for its shirt collection on the concept “Love to Share”. The images are being made into postcards and will be sold throughout the month of love with proceeds after expenses going to help kids receiving care from the Cardiac Children Foundation of Thailand under the patronage of HRH Princess Galyani Vadhana.

The fun-filled fashion show and auction was held last week with the shirts being donned by actors, actresses, singers and celebrities for the event. The auction of the shirts worn by celebrities was a great success, raising a generous Bt785,000 for the foundation.
Tanunya Thanakitamnuay, assistant brand manager of AIIZ, pointed to the logo of the special collection for the 7th AIIZ Love Charity - a heart in quotation marks, inspired by pop art illustrations. “The quotation marks express feelings, and the feeling that AIIZ wants to convey is love. It is an expression of love in a simple way,” Tanunya explained, adding “We thank all of our collaborators for taking part with us in this project with a shared objective of helping children with heart conditions to live a better life. Heart surgery is very expensive and those from less fortunate families might miss out on the opportunity for treatment.”
Among the celebrities wearing the shirts were Cris Horwang, Saran Siriluksana, Jirayu La-ongmanee, Angsumalin Siraphatsakmetha, Treechada Petcharat, Fonthip Watcharatrakul, Gavin Duval from 321 and Pitch Kachai from C-Quint.
Presenters promoting the special collection and whose photos will appear on the “Love to Share” postcards included Sopitnapa Chumpanee and Piyada Akkaraseranee, Nathasedh and Orn-arpa Poonsapmanee, Sean Jindachot and Cheranut Yusanond, Viritipa Pakdeeprasong and Chakrit Yamnam, Paula Buttery and her daughter Lyla, Jarinporn Joonkiat and Patsaya Kreursuwansiri, Natee Osathanugrah, Panot Khunprasert and Komkadet Sangwattanarot from Gutsunova band, and Prakarn Raiva as well as the Issara family.
Other stars who took part in the charity event were Jaruwat Cheawaram, Wichayanee Piaklin, Panwarot Duaysianklao, Isariya Pattaramanop, Lanlalin Tejasawets and Yuttana “Toomtam” Pueanklang, Tanatat Chaiyaat and his father., Napat Injaiuea, Pakin Khumwilaisuk and Rierngrit Siripanit.
