Following the last two years’ of exhibitions at Art42Basel in Switzerland with Rirkrit Tiravanija, 100 Tonson is expanding its art market in Asia with its first participation at Art Basel in Hong Kong.
As the only Thailand-based gallery participating in the inaugural Art Basel in Asia, 100 Tonson is presenting paintings, sculptures, photographs and artworks in various media from various contemporary artists, including Chatchai Puipia, Pinaree Sanpitak, Prateep Suthathongthai, Sakarin Krue-on and Yuree Kensaku.
Among the highlights are the “Body Borders” paintings by Pinaree and Sakarin’s 2004 sculpture “Cloud Nine”, featuring winged soi dogs.
