	In the first five months alone since its launch, Chevrolet Thailand sold 8,256 Sonics. By this April, 13,696 Sonics were sold.The Sonic&#39;s bold design, stylish interior and fun-to-drive character are some of the factors contributing to the model&#39;s success. &ldquo;The Sonic is a successful model by any measure,&rdquo; stated Gustavo Colossi, vice-president of sales, marketing and aftersales at Chevrolet Sales Thailand and GM Southeast Asia Operations. &ldquo;The Sonic shows Chevrolet&rsquo;s prowess in designing and developing globally successful vehicles capable of addressing local requirements across a diverse cross-section of markets,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;It fits perfectly into several markets, all with differing needs. Sonic sales booming

Since its launch in July last year, the Chevrolet Sonic has been so successful that its Thai sales in the first quarter of 2013 was the fifth highest worldwide, after the United States, Russia, China and Mexico.
