CK Power, the power company with major interests overseas, is ready to start share trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand on July 18.
Kongkiat Opaswongkarn, CEO of Asia Plus Securities which is the underwriter of the company, said that the company's initial public offering was a big success.
He attributed the success to the company's financial strength and stance in the high-growth industry. Meanwhile, at Bt13 per share, it offers a 26 per cent discount on book value of companies in its peer.
CK Power will be the first listed company of which majority of revenue is generated by overseas business.
