Suvarnabhumi to get OTOP sales booth in November
The Commerce Ministry will this November open a One Tambon One Product sales booth at Suvarnabhumi Airport to promote locally made handicrafts to the international market.
Permanent secretary Vatchari Vimooktayon said yesterday that foreign visitors at the international airport should be made more aware of Thailand’s Otop goods. Five-star and selected Otop items will be displayed at the booth. For the New Year festive season, Otop premiums and gift baskets will also be available.
“Otop Select 2013” opened yesterday and will close tomorrow at the Commerce Ministry’s head office in Nonthaburi.
