Just rewards with Spot and Chef Ian
Central Food Retail recently celebrated the ninth anniversary of its Spot Rewards program with an event at Smith restaurant on Sukhumvit 49.
The president of Central Food Retail along with executives of Central Food Hall and Tops, expressed their appreciation to clients of the scheme through a fabulous dinner created by chef Ian Kittichai.
The menu included scallops with Japanese style sour sauce, egg salad with smoked salmon, slow roasted pork belly with a marinade made of Manuca honey and seared beef tenderloin.
The meal ended with a delightful dessert of strawberries with crispy meringue and soft cream.
Mariam B5 and Ben-Chalatit entertained guests with ballads while feng shui master Chang Thosaporn Sri-Tula was on hand to offer tips.
